Duluth Pack allows returns. Here's a summary of their return policy:
- Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Duluth Pack within 30 days of receiving the item to receive a refund.
- After 30 days, your order can still be returned in exchange for store credit up to 90 days.
- To receive a refund or store credit, returned items must be in their original condition.
- Duluth Pack 2nds, clearance items with prices ending in .96, Final Sale items, used merchandise, and consignment items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns at Duluth Pack are subject to a restocking fee of up to $20 for correctly shipped orders.
- If you choose Store Credit, the restocking fee will be waived.
- Once Duluth Pack receives your return, they will inspect it for damage and if all looks well, they will process your return minus the $10-$20 fee (unless you chose store credit) within 3-5 days.
